I will be reading to you from The Tower Treasure. It’s from 1927, the first in a series of Hardy Boys novels written under the pseudonym Franklin W. Dixon. The two teenage boys, Frank and Joe, work together as a detective team, amateurs still, but occasionally assisting their father, Fenton Hardy, a private investigator.
Last episode, the Hardy boys learned the thief had been found in the next town, and their father wants to question him. The problem is that the police chief plans to get there first.
