Good morning, good afternoon, good evening. Welcome to Raven's Readings.

I will be reading to you from Carry on Jeeves, a collection of short stories written by P. G. Wodehouse in 1925. Jeeves, a valet, and his employer Bertie Wooster were characters in dozens of short stories by Wodehouse. The chapters are a bit long, so I'll likely take two podcasts for each one.

Last episode Bertie launched a plan to help his friend Bicky run a scam on the latter's uncle to get a better allowance. The plan backfired, now there is no allowance for poor Bicky at all. Time for Bertie to call on his valet Jeeves once again.

I do readings twice a week. If you subscribe to my Substack newsletter, you'll get notified of my updates as soon as they are ready. If you enjoy this reading, or have other classics you'd like to hear, leave me a comment.
